Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company by all Directors Officers Designated Employees and connected persons of the Company has been closed from 1st January 2023 (please refer to our letter dated 29th December 2022 in this regard) and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved and announced to the public.
