In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 25th January 2023 has re-appointed M/s. Malhotra Arora & Associates Company Secretaries in practice as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.
