Leading bourses NSE and BSE on Friday said two Adani group stocks -- Adani Green Energy and NDTV -- will be moved to the first stage of the long-term additional surveillance measures (ASM) framework from Monday. These securities will continue in the framework but will be moved from long-term ASM framework Stage II to Stage I from March 20, according to separate circulars. The move also comes close on the heels of the two exchanges excluding Adani Enterprises, Adani Power and Adani Wilmar under the short-term ASM on Thursday. Last week, both NSE and BSE announced that they had moved stocks of Adani Green Energy and NDTV to long-term ASM framework Stage II from Stage I. The parameters for shortlisting securities under the ASM framework include high-low variation, client concentration, number of price band hits, close-to-close price variation and price earning ratio. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE has announced that three Adani group companies -- Adani Enterprises, Adani Power and Adani Wilmar -- will move out of the short-term additional surveillance measure (ASM). The stocks will be excluded from the short-term ASM framework with effect from March 17, according to separate circulars available on the exchanges. The NSE and the BSE had put the three Adani group firms, including the flagship firm Adani Enterprises, under the ASM framework on March 8. The parameters for shortlisting securities under ASM include high-low variation, client concentration, number of price band hits, close-to-close price variation and price-earning ratio. In addition, the NSE said that on these securities, "margins to be restored prior to ASM on all existing derivative contracts." The National Stock Exchange on Wednesday said it has received approval from markets regulator Sebi to launch the rupee-denominated NYMEX WTI crude oil and natural gas futures contracts in its commodity derivatives segment. The launch date for these contracts will be announced soon, NSE said in a release. Last month, the exchange signed a data licensing agreement with CME Group. The pact allows the bourse to list, trade and settle rupee-denominated NYMEX WTI crude oil and natural gas derivatives contracts on its platform. The addition of these contracts will expand NSE's product offering in the energy basket as well as its overall commodity segment. The initial public offering of automotive component manufacturer Divgi TorqTransfer Systems received 12 per cent subscription on the first day of the sale on Wednesday. Bids for 4,75,800 shares were received against 38,41,800 shares on offer, according to an update on the NSE. The category meant for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) was subscribed 60 per cent and that of non-institutional investors got 6 per cent subscription. The Initial Public Offer (IPO) has fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 180 crore and an Offer For Sale of up to 39,34,243 shares. The price band is Rs 560-590 a share. Divgi TorqTransfer Systems on Tuesday said it has raised more than Rs 185 crore from anchor investors. At the upper-end of the price, the IPO is expected to fetch a little more than Rs 412 crore. Leading stock exchange NSE has tweaked the constituents of its major indices with Adani Group's two companies -- Adani Wilmar and Adani Power -- all set to make their way into some of the Nifty indices from March 31, 2023. Adani Wilmar will be part of Nifty Next 50 and Nifty 100 indices, while Adani Power will be included in Nifty 500, Nifty 200, Nifty Midcap 100, Nifty Midcap 150, Nifty LargeMidcap 250, and Nifty Midsmallcap 400 indices.
