We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. on Friday 28th March 2025 hadinter alia considered and approved the following items:1 Reviewed the lnvestments in equity shares and mutual funds.2. Approved the Annual lIncrease of Remuneration of Chief Financial Officer.3. Approved the Fee payable to Statutory auditors Internal Auditors and other items.

In pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13.7.2023 we wish to inform that the board at its meeting held on 8.2.2025 had inter alia considered and approved the filing of suit/court case for the recovery of the amount of Rs. 5003700/- due as at 31.1.2025 with further interest due till the date of filing against M/s. AKR Construction Limited and also against the guarantor Sri. A. Krishna Reddy.Accordingly a case in the civil court has been filed against M/s .AKR Construction Limited and also against the guarantor Sri. A. Krishna reddy for the recovery of Rs.5048700/- as at 5.3.2025 with further interest due.

In pursuance of the SEBI (PIT) regulations 2015 and insider trading code and code of practices/ procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all the insiders i.e. Directors/officers/Designated persons/promoters/immediate relatives of designated persons covered under company code of conduct for prevention of insider trading will be closed with effect from 1.4.2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.3.2025The date of board meeting for consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.3.2025 shall be shortly intimated separately.
