In pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13.7.2023 we wish to inform that the board at its meeting held on 8.2.2025 had inter alia considered and approved the filing of suit/court case for the recovery of the amount of Rs. 5003700/- due as at 31.1.2025 with further interest due till the date of filing against M/s. AKR Construction Limited and also against the guarantor Sri. A. Krishna Reddy.Accordingly a case in the civil court has been filed against M/s .AKR Construction Limited and also against the guarantor Sri. A. Krishna reddy for the recovery of Rs.5048700/- as at 5.3.2025 with further interest due.
