This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations the board of directors at their meeting held today i.e. March 25 2025 have inter-alia approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2024-25.The record date for the above purpose is considered as April 04 2025
