Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/03/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Liquidator of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 28th March 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated basis) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review Report;

Please note that Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited had been admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on 22nd October 2018 by Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench followed by Liquidation order issued against the Company on 18th January 2022. Further please note that Annual General Meeting (AGM) had not been held for the F.Y 2023-24.
