Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) 2015 enclosed herewith the Annual Report for F.Y. 2022-23. Please note that Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited had been admitted to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process on 22nd October 2018 by Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench followed by Liquidation order issued against the Company on 18th January 2022. Further please note that Annual General Meeting (AGM) had not been held for the F.Y 2022-23.
