Please find enclosed the Information Update along with an earnings presentation on the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company (i.e. Marico Limited and its Subsidiaries) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. February 3 2023 inter-alia approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of Marico Limited for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022 (Financial Results). The Financial Results and the Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed. The Board meeting commenced at 12 noon and subsequent to approval of the above matters will continue till its scheduled time up to 5:15 p.m.

Please refer to our letter dated December 9 2022 informing about the proposed acquisition of 100% shares of Beauty X Joint Stock Company (Beauty X) an entity incorporated in Vietnam which owns the personal care brands Purité de Prôvence and Ôliv by Marico South-East Asia Corporation (MSEA) a wholly owned subsidiary of Marico Limited.Further to the aforesaid we wish to inform you that MSEA has now completed the acquisition of Beauty X as per the closing conditions and terms of the definitive agreement between the parties.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Management of the Company will be attending the enclosed investor conferences.
