In compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith the certificate received from M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited the RTA of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024

Grant of 3000 stock options to its eligible employees in terms of the Companys ESOP Scheme-2022. One stock option grant represents one equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The aforesaid options were granted at exercise price of Rs. 500 per equity share which is at discount of 48.96% to the closing price of the companys equity share on the NSE Ltd on January 01 2025

The allotment of 53830 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the Stock Options by the eligible employees of the Company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme-2020 and Genesys ESOP Scheme-2022.

This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Probihition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday January 01 2025
