Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday April 01 2025. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025.
