This to inform you that Liquidation Process has been commenced with effect from March 23 2018 in the matter of Ennore Coke Limited (hereinafter referred to as Corporate Debtor) vide Order No.:CA/138/IB/2018 filed in CP (IB) No. 508/IB/2017 dated March 232018 passed by the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal Chennai Bench. In terms of the said Order Mr. Anil Kumar Birla has been appointed as the Liquidator.<BR> <BR> Liquidation Order copy of the NCLT is enclosed.

The Resolution Professional at its meeting held today considered the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2017 which was duly authenticated and signed by the Director of the Company.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2017.<BR>

Pursuant to regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional on Wednesday the 14th February 2018 will consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2017 duly authenticated and signed by the authorized officials of the Company as per law. Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchange.<BR> <BR> Further as per the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from February 07 2018 to February 16th 2018 [both days inclusive] for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2017.<BR> <BR>
