Pursuant to regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional on Wednesday the 14th February 2018 will consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2017 duly authenticated and signed by the authorized officials of the Company as per law. Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchange.<BR> <BR> Further as per the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from February 07 2018 to February 16th 2018 [both days inclusive] for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2017.<BR> <BR>
