Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 11,28,143 equity shares of Rs 2 each on 26 August 2022 under the Company's Performance Share Plan-1. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 127,14,56,248/- divided into 63,57,28,124 number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
