Yes Bank allots 1.93 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 1,93,750 equity shares under ESOP on 24 August 2022. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs.50,10,99,61,962/- consisting of 25,05,49,80,981 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs.50,11,03,49,462/- consisting of 25,05,51,74,731 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
