The stock surged 14% to Rs 687, also its fresh 52-week high on BSE after real estate firm reported 92% jump in sales bookings to Rs 7.5 billion in Q3FY18.
In past three weeks, post Q2 results, the stock of realty company surged 32% as compared to 0.3% decline in Sensex.
Sobha said that the company achieved new sales value of Rs 593 crore in Q2FY18 was the highest in the past 10 quarters
The stock surged 9% to Rs 448, also its 52-week high on BSE in early morning trade.
