Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Thursday took issue with Congress leader Shashi Tharoor's remarks on giving replies in Hindi in Lok Sabha. While responding to supplementary questions asked by members from Tamil Nadu in English, Scindia replied in Hindi.
