SBI Cards and Payment Services (SBI Card) has raised Rs 500 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis. The pure-play credit card issuer said it allotted 5,000 fixed rate, unsecured, taxable and redeemable bonds on Thursday, in the nature of non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 500 crore. The tenure of the bonds is three years and is set to mature on September 15, 2025. The bonds bear a coupon of 7.39 per cent per annum. On Thursday, shares of SBI Card closed flat at Rs 958.20 apiece on the BSE.

Medical equipment manufacturer Aprameya Engineering has filed preliminary papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO comprises the sale of fresh issue of up to 50 lakh equity shares of the company and there is no offer for sale (OFS) component, draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed with Sebi showed on Thursday. Funds will be used to meet working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. The company is engaged in the business of healthcare infrastructure like installation, set up and maintenance of ICU, operation theatre and prefabricated structure ward on a turnkey basis along with the supply of high-value healthcare equipment and diagnostic equipment to hospitals. Hem Securities Ltd is the sole book-running lead managers to the issue. The equity shares of the company will be listed on the BSE and NSE.

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd offloaded 1.38 crore shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions shares for Rs 298 crore on Wednesday through an open market transaction. According to block deal data available with BSE, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Ltd sold 1,38,45,000 shares in six tranches, amounting to a 0.91 per cent stake in the company. The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 215 apiece, taking the transaction value to Rs 297.66 crore. Meanwhile, Societe Generale, DSP Mutual Fund and HDFC Life Insurance company Ltd picked up the shares of the company. Shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions closed 1.65 per cent higher at Rs 219.25 on BSE.

Shares of airport service aggregator DreamFolks Services ended nearly 42 per cent higher in its debut trade on Tuesday against the issue price of Rs 326. The stock was listed at Rs 505, registering a jump of 54.90 per cent from the issue price on the BSE. During the day, it rallied 68.71 per cent to Rs 550. Shares of the company ended at Rs 462.65 apiece, higher by 41.91 per cent. On the NSE, the company made its debut at Rs 508.70, a jump of 56 per cent and settled at Rs 462.85 apiece, rallying 41.97 per cent. In volume terms, 16.52 lakh shares of the company were traded on the BSE and over 2.68 crore shares on the NSE during the day. The company commanded a market valuation of Rs 2,417.35 crore. The Initial Public Offer (IPO) of DreamFolks Services was subscribed 56.68 times last month. The IPO was entirely an Offer-For-Sale (OFS) of 1,72,42,368 equity shares and was priced in the range of Rs 308-326 a share. The company facilitates consumers' access to airport-related service
