BJP will raise voice against misrule of BJD govt in Odisha: Pradhan

Union minister and senior BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan said the saffron camp would focus on strengthening its booth-level organisation in Odisha and voice against misrule of the BJD government in the state in a bid to oust the Naveen Patnaik-led dispensation from power in the 2024 assembly elections. Describing 2023 as a crucial year for the BJP, Pradhan, considered as the saffron camp's face in the eastern state, said party workers will reach out to the people across the state to convey messages of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and party president JP Nadda. Telangana 'power play': BJP set to launch programmes under 'Mission 90'

The BJP which is resolute on coming to power in Telangana in the next assembly polls, is set to launch various programmes under its 'Mission 90' including 10,000 village-level meetings before April, a senior leader of the saffron party said on Wednesday. Vande Bharat pelted with stones in Bengal's Malda; BJP demands NIA probe

Just a few days after its inaugural run, the Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express was pelted with stones in West Bengal's Malda district, prompting the BJP to demand an NIA investigation into the incident. No injuries, however, were reported in the incident that took place near Kumarganj railway station, around 50 km from Malda town, on Monday evening, a Railway official said. The BJP on Monday hailed as "historic" the Supreme Court order upholding the government's demonetisation exercise and asked if the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will tender an apology for his campaign against the note ban after the apex court judgment. The Supreme Court in a 4:1 majority verdict upheld the government's 2016 decision to demonetise Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 denomination notes, saying the decision-making process was not flawed. 2024 Lok Sabha polls: BJP's Nadda to address 2 rallies in Maharashtra

Bharatiya Janata Party president J P Nadda will on Monday launch a drive from Chandrapur as part of the party's plan to win 18 "difficult" seats from Maharashtra in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, a BJP leader said. Elections 2023: Amit Shah to flag off BJP's Rath Yatra in Tripura on Jan 5

Ahead of the Tripura assembly elections due early next year, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to flag off BJP's 'Rath Yatra' in the state on January 5, a party leader said on Friday. The eight-day yatra will be flagged off from North Tripura district's Dharmanagar, he said. Shah will also hold a rally in Sabroom of South Tripura district on the same day, BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee said.
