Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 please find the attached certificate received from the KFIN Technologies Limited the Registrar and share transfer agent of the company for the quarter ended 31/03/2025.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons their relatives and insiders with effect from 01/04/2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31/03/2025. The date of the board meeting for approval of the financial results shall be communicated in due course.

Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that we have received approval from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the listing and trading of 593750 equity shares of face value Rs. 1/- each allotted under ESOP Plan.
