Please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in Companys Code of Conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and trading in Listed securities as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday April 01 2025 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025.The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025 will be intimated in due course.
