In relation to the above subject matter and in compliance with the provisions the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all designated persons including promoters directors KMP designated employees and their connected persons shall remain close from 01.04.2025 upto 48 hours from the date declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.

In accordance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find schedule of Investor meeting proposed to be held

This is to inform you that the term of appointment of our Independent Directors viz. Mr. Shankarasa Venkosa Ladwa(DIN: 06964188) and Dr. Anand Krishnarao Panduragi (DIN: 07038691) stands completed as of February 18 2025. They thereby cease being directors in the Company w.e.f. February 19 2025.
