Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Regulations) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Director at its meeting held on March 31 2025 has approved the appointment of Ms. Jyothi Anil Menon ) as an Additional Director (designated as Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. March 31 2025 subject to approval of the Shareholders. The term of the office of the existing Independent Director Ms. Lopamudra Dixit ended at the closure of the business hours of March 29 2025 and accordingly she ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company.
