Taken on record the Limited Review Report received from the statutory auditors of the companyfor the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.We wish to inform that the company has not issued any Non-Convertible Debt Securities Non-ConvertibleRedeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) and Commercial Papers or any other instruments of similar nature and assuch the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/231 dated November 13 2020 is not applicable to the company.
