Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe (DIN-08668140) as an Additional Director in the Category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of three years with effect from 25/01/2023 to 24/01/2026 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.Further this is to confirm that Smt. Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe appointed on the Board of the Company is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI MCA RBI order or any other such regulatory authority.

UNO Minda Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve 1) the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2022 and;2) the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2022.3) Board may consider and recommend the payment of interim dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23
