Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 we submit that the TRADING WINDOW FOR THE DESIGNATED PERSONS DIRECTORS PROMOTERS AND THEIR RELATIVES will remain closed with effect from 1st April 2025 for the purpose of approval and intimation of the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement of such results.
