This is to inform you that trading window close period pursuant to the TV18 Code to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company will commence from October 1 2024 and it shall end 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2024 become generally available information.
