In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform to the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held Wednesday 29th January 2025 has approved un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review of the Statutory Auditor which is enclosed herewith Annexure. The said result will also be placed on the website of the Company. The Meeting Commenced at 05 p.m. and concluded at 05:35 p.m.
