Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in the shares and securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. January 01 2025 for the approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024.The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
