Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the applicable SEBI circulars we wish to inform you that on the recommendation of the Audit Committee in its meeting held earlier today the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 27 March 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved a proposal to make a strategic investment of an amount not exceeding ? 5.19 crore in Fetomat Wellness Private Limited (Fetomat) in cash in one or more tranches.
