Sundaram Multi Pap Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/03/2025 inter alia to consider and approve subject to the receipt of in-principle approvals from BSE Limited and NSE the allotment of sweat equity shares to eligible employees and directors of the Company pursuant to the ordinary resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 24 2025.
