In continuation of the Companys disclosure dated 29-Nov-2024 this is to inform you that the Company has acquired 10000 ordinary shares of Sudarshan Pharma Industries Private Limited Singapore (Unique Entity Number 202327475M). Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition Sudarshan Pharma Industries Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
