Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 26 2025 has approved the making of first call of Rs. 3.50/- each (i.e.) 35% on the face value of Rs. 10/- each on the outstanding 11998755 partly paid-up equity shares of the Company which were allotted on June 19 2024 on a right basis fixation of Record date Tendering period and other matters.
