Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that in terms of Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and other Insiders under SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April 2025 till completion of 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on 31st March 2025 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the above information to the Stock Exchanges.The same has been intimated to all the Directors officers and designated employees of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ending on 31st March 2025 shall be intimated seperately.
