Pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that on March 7 2025 Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited (SPRL or Company) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with existing shareholders of Karna Intertech Private Limited (Karna) to acquire 100% equity stake in Karna.
