We would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended & Companys Code of Internal procedures and conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the company will be closed for the Designated Persons and immediate relatives from Tuesday01st of April 2025 upto expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The date of Board meeting for approval of the aforementioned financial results will be intimated in due course.
