Shreejal Info Hubs Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14 2016 inter alia to consider & approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2016.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 trading window for trading in Companys securities by the specified persons shall remain dosed from closed from November 14 2016 to November 16 2016 (both days inclusive).
