Shreejal Info Hubs Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the Company met April 18 2016 at 5 pm and decided to enter into a new business of Startup funding. Company has identified new opportunities in startup business. With due diligence the board of directors have decided to appoint Mr. Karan Vora to head the new startup business. His responsibility would be to identify new ideas and guide them to proper scalability which will benefit the Company.
