Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (as amended from time to time) read with Companys code of Internal Procedure and conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated person and their immediate relatives of the Company the Trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday 1st April 2025 and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended 31st March 2025. In view of above all the concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in securities of Shahi Shipping Limited during the said prohibited period. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
