In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR )Regulation 2015 this is to inform to the Exchange that Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on Thursday 6th February 2025 has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditor of the Company.The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:30 p.m. at concluded at 1:45 p.m.
