The Shareholders of the Company by way of Postal ballot on March 29 2025 have approved the following:1. Re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Chheda as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years;2. Re-appointment of Mr. Harish Nisar as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years;3. Re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Dedhia as the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of three years.
