Closure of Trading Window

In Compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure we inform you that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for he Companys Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025 to be approved at the Board Meeting to be held for this purpose. The date of Board meeting will be announced in due course of time.
