This is in reference to the query raised regarding the Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report submitted on February 07 2025 under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the quarter ended December 31 2024. It has been observed that the Limited Review Report was not prepared in accordance with the format prescribed by SEBI in its Circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/44/2019 dated March 29 2019.In compliance with your observations we have enclosed the revised Limited Review Report which now incorporates the necessary corrections as per the prescribed format with specific reference to Point No. 04.
