This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Panabyte Technologies Limited was held today i.e. Wednesday 12th February 2025 whereby the Board has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBl (LODR) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) following is the outcome of the Board meeting whereby the Board has; 1. Considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. 2.Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.
