Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Scrutinizers Report

This is further to our intimation dated 14th February 2025 wherein it was informed that the Company has sent Postal Ballot Notice to the shareholders of the Company to seek their approval for the Resolutions as contained in the Notice.In this connection we wish to inform you that the shareholders of the Company approved the Resolutions as contained in the Notice by requisite majority on 18th March 2025 (last date of e-voting).Details of voting result of the Postal Ballot conducted through remote e-voting process in respect of resolution contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 7th February 2025 is enclosed in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 together with the Scrutinizers Report on the e-voting.Please note that the aforesaid results are also being made available on the website of the Company www.orientpaper.in.
