Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith a copy of Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of Members of the Company for resolutions as set out in the said Postal Ballot Notice.In compliance of the various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent in electronic mode to only those Members whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday 7th February 2025 (Cut-Off Date).The voting period will commence at 9:00 AM (IST) on Monday 17th February 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM (IST) on Tuesday 18th March 2025.
