S S R V & Associates Chartered Accountants Mumbai (ICAI Firm Registration No. 135901W) peer reviewed firm as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the FY 2024-25 subject to approval of the members to be obtained in the general meeting.
