In accordance with the provision of SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) (second amendment) Regulation 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the companies shall remain closed for directors and designated employees from the Quarter and year ended 31/03/2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31/03/2025.
