Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the code of conduct for Regulating Monitoring & Reporting trading by insiders of the Company under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the Securities of the Company by its designated persons connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st April 2025 and will end 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
