This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held todayi.e. February 18 2025 on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee has appointed Ms. Vandana Jaisingh (DIN: 00674779) as an Additional (Independent) Director on the board of NDL Ventures Limited for a consecutive period of 2 years with effect from February 18 2025 to February 17 2027 subject to approval of Shareholders at Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
